City Council Pilot Increases ASA 52%

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for Council pilot group prior to Attitudinal Safety Awareness (ASA) training were below council average in areas of safety, absenteeism and supervisor quality performance ratings.

Data collected six months post training demonstrate significant improvement on all KPI's measured.

ASA measured by the ARM-Q indicates a 52% improvement on overall safety awareness. These scores were consistent with supervisor's observations and ratings, which improved 13% and measurable absentee rates, which dropped 21%.

At six months there had been zero reported incidents or injuries.
